Toastmasters:
Toastmasters provides
a mutually supportive
and positive learning
environment in which members have the
opportunity to develop communication
and leadership skills. As a result, partici-
pation in Toastmasters fosters self-conf-
dence and personal growth.
Members meet during lunch to develop
public and impromptu speaking in a safe
learning environment. They receive peer
reviews and feedback that are both posi-
tive and actionable, which helps them
learn and grow with each speech.
Toastmasters have the opportunity to
strengthen and demonstrate their man-
agement ability by facilitating meetings,
coordinating club events, and holding
club ofces.
Afac has three corporate clubs in Co-

Harvard ManageMentor:
Afac joined forces with one of the most
respected business educators in the
world to ofer Afac employees an op-
portunity to learn critical new business
skills and brush up existing capabilities
and talents. Harvard ManageMentor has
more than 40 subject matters you can
chose from, and is available to employ-
ees at all locations. If scheduling allows,
log in from work through the Quick Ac-
tion Links on the intranet. To log in from

• Once you have successfully logged
in, you will be redirected back to the
HMM site where you will have full
access to their valuable classes and
resources.
To log in froman iPhone or Android phone:
• Download the free app. Just go to the
app store and type in Mobile Man-
ageMentor in the search box.
• Once the app is downloaded, you
will be prompted to enter your user-
name, which is your Afac email ad-
dress, and password, which is your
E-number using a capital E. The
username and password are only
needed for the frst login.
